DRINK MAKING METHOD

Build London Dry Gin, Grapefruit Juice, Ginger Butlers, Burnt Lemon Juice (Cut Lemons in half and pan sear until a dark brown colour and squeeze) and Rose Pelargonium Soda in a collins glass with ice.

Garnish with mini rose buds on skewer.

50ml Grapefruit Juice

20ml Ginger Butlers

20ml Burnt Lemon Juice

60ml Rose Pelargonium Soda
