Stir all ingredients with crushed ice and splash with sparkling water.
COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS
37.5ml Olmeca Tequila
25ml Blue Agave mix
50ml Apricot & pineapple puree
12.5ml Butlers Van der hum
Splash of sparkling water
Garnish
Two pine leaves with dried apricot
