DRINK MAKING METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake vigorously until the tin is frosted.

Fine strain into your jam jar filled with cubed ice.

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS

35ml Gin

15ml Butlers Cherry Kirsch Liqueur

25ml Lemon Juice

17.5ml Sugar Syrup

1 Egg White

Top Soda Water

Garnish

Lemon Wedge Squeezed and Maraschino Cherry
